Jay is the most thorough and supportive mentor I've had - he is very communicative and helpful with new concepts and wants to bring the best out of you. He works with people at a high professional standard and gives very real feedback, but also has a genuine interest in learning about others and connecting at a personal level. I worked with Jessica as my coach over the course of 11 months. She helped me accomplish the goal I initially set out to accomplish (finding a job).
