I came to know Max first after he volunteered to help me prepare for MBB consulting interviews our senior year in college. At the time, I was very much the Karate Kid and Max was Mr. Miyagi. His breadth and depth of experience, combined with his energy and genuine care for people, distinguish him even among high-performing McKinsey peers. After years as a McKinsey consultant and now as a venture investor, I still place Max among the most distinctive, influential, and kind mentors and friends I have ever had. I recommend him without hesitation.

I met Charlie socially and while he never actually coached me formally has inadvertently been a great career guide over the last few years. He helped me prepare for a niche VC crypto role through mock interviews plus also was a great peer in helping me navigate the VC ecosystem after I landed that role
