About Scott

I’m an organizational psychology practitioner trained at Columbia University and an executive coach for leaders navigating complexity. When things feel messy - unclear expectations, competing priorities, stakeholder politics, high-visibility decisions - that’s where I work. Most executives don’t need more motivation. They need structured space to think clearly when the stakes are high. I help leaders: - Cut through ambiguity - Clarify what actually matters - Decide with confidence - Execute without second-guessing My coaching is candid, structured, and practical. You won’t get abstract leadership theory. You’ll leave with nexts steps and resource, to immediately act on. Leaders typically reach out during transitions, reorgs, power shifts, or when everything feels important at once and they need to determine what actually is. If you’re thinking, “This is complicated - what do I do?” Let’s figure it out.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I’ve seen how powerful it is when a leader has clarity. I’m at my best when I’m moving toward a meaningful outcome, pressure-testing my own thinking, and making sure my past experiences inform my decisions - not unconsciously decide them for me. Most people don’t lack capability. They lack protected space to think clearly and strategize. Coaching creates that space, and I'm good at it. I enjoy it. A place to sharpen decisions, surface blind spots, and align ambition with what actually matters. The result isn’t just insight - it’s cleaner execution, stronger leadership, and a life that feels intentional rather than reactive. I love helping leaders build that kind of clarity and momentum.
