I came to Jaye less than 2 weeks to Round 1 deadlines feeling uncertain about my essays - they just didn't seem very compelling or interesting. I'm very glad to have worked with Jaye - she provided great insight into what elements were missing, how to reframe certain sections, and how to restructure. All this was done with a short turnover time too (1-3 days per iteration). The results were essays I felt more confident about and I was admitted into one of my Round 1 schools.

I loved the way Smita approached the mock interview having fully prepared tailored questions that in my experience greatly resembled the environment of the real HBS interview. Additionally, she gave quick rounds of feedback during the mock to make sure I took the most out of the session by not repeating mistakes. Can't thank her enough!
