Chas is an incredibly hardworking, earnest, and high-integrity individual. The holistic nature of the application makes you feel vulnerable in a way that job searches do not, which makes it even more important to work with someone you can open up to completely. It was apparent to me that I needed to work with Chas immediately after meeting him because I could see that he has a true passion for coaching people and feels invested in each stage of the process. I honestly don't think I would have submitted a single application without Chas's unwavering support. He helped me iterate over 9 different cuts of my applications in a little less than a month and always pushed me to be authentic and true to myself, even when I seriously doubted my own abilities or heard conflicting feedback from others. Chas can help you block out the unnecessary noise and will truly bring out the best in you. You'll be able to tell your story without fear.

Many are familiar with the famous Robert Frost poem the Road Not Taken - which highlights how hindsight, perspective and memories shape the choices and decisions one makes in life. I will argue that while some decisions are so small we do not think about them at all, other choices may feel so large that making a decision all but seems impossible -- and so more often than not we stay the course even if the course means settling, feeling stagnant. For me, one of these monumental choices was deciding which job to take when I was fortunate enough to be presented with two job offers in the same week. While I talked through the options with my partner and friends, I was torn... I felt like I could not make a good decision but yet I could not make a bad decision either.. and so I thought it would be beneficial to discuss with Jessca, given her perspective and prior experience in the corporate setting. In the pre-session prep I shared with Jessica about each job offer -- and what excited me about each. I shared that I had been on this journey for the better part of 9 months...and that I was unsure which "road" I should take. After I had finished sharing about each job opportunity, I fully expected Jessica to offer her opinion on which job I should take based on a set of criteria. Rather than offering me a solution, Jessica offered me a series of questions to help me re-assess how I was thinking about each "road". She helped me understand that my most recent experience (a job I had taken on a leap of faith that had not panned out as I had hoped) was clouding my ability to think rationally about my new options. She also helped me understand what aspects of each job motivated and excited me vs. scared and constrained me. As a result of asking these questions and helping me dig deeper into what I was truly feeling and thinking she helped me then come up with a framework for how to choose between my options. Once we did this, the answer was so clear. It would have been very easy for Jessica to have said.. "take job B". This is the type of role you have been looking for from the start. But she didn't, rather she was able to hear the uncertainty and concern about my "dream role" and in doing so empowered me to figure out how to make the decision (and feel good about it). In doing so she helped me re-frame the decisions I was making and helped equip me with a new tool-kit to use to better understand my goals and values! I look forward to using this new skill set in the weeks, months and years to come, and will definitely be seeking her career guidance in the future!

Justin's sessions are the perfect blend of personalized teaching, room for thought refinement, rigorous pressure testing, and learning from someone with vast experience makes his sessions a transformative experience. For anyone considering a career in consulting, this is an opportunity you want to take advantage of. Justin, thank you for your hard work and dedication. It does not go unnoticed, and I am beyond grateful to have you as a mentor. I wanted to elaborate on what makes Justin's sessions helpful: (1) Personalized Teaching Approach: Justin takes the time to teach you. He does not merely recite information but explains concepts and strategies in a way tailored to your individual needs and understanding. He patiently breaks down complex ideas into digestible pieces, simplifying without oversimplifying. Unlike a coach who merely mock interviews you, Justin is genuinely invested in his students' success; he even provided me with additional valuable recommendations and resources to leverage outside our sessions. (2) Opportunity for Refinement: One of the standout features of Justin's sessions is that he encourages and provides ample space for refining your thinking. You are not just passively absorbing information but actively learning to think like a consultant. Justin's insightful feedback pinpoints where you can improve, allowing you to evolve your perspective and approach. (3) Rigorous Pressure Testing: Get ready for a session that's engaging and somewhat intense but in the best way possible. Justin knows the pressures of the consulting world and prepares you for them admirably. He challenges your assumptions and plays devil's advocate to ensure you're sharp and bulletproof. His pressure tests are authentic simulations of what actual consulting cases feel like, which is incredibly valuable for anyone serious about entering this field. (4) Vast Field Experience: Justin's wealth of knowledge and experience within the consulting field is palpable. He's clearly been through the trenches and emerged as an expert. With Justin, you are learning from someone who knows the theory and the intricate, real-world dynamics of consulting. His vast experience is not just a resume point—it is a living resource for all of his students. (5) Unparalleled Work Ethic: To say that Justin is hardworking would be an understatement. He goes above and beyond what's expected of a mentor and consultant, often outpacing the very high standards he sets for his students. He continuously updates his materials, refines his teaching strategies, and generously offers time, even outside of scheduled sessions. (6) Confidence boost: It's difficult to leave a session with Justin and not feel invigorated. His comprehensive answers to every question, big or small, are informative and confidence-boosting. After each session, I walked away feeling one step closer to being the consultant I aim to be, all thanks to his guidance.

Fiona Tang's expertise in MBA coaching is truly remarkable, and I owe my admission to Wharton with a substantial fellowship to her guidance. The return on investment from her coaching is easily 10 times what I initially put in. What sets Fiona apart is her exceptional ability to genuinely listen to my individual experiences and then delve deep into my stories. Her approach to tailoring essays for each school is nothing short of impressive. Fiona's skills are unparalleled if you're aiming for a prestigious MBA program and aiming to differentiate yourself through your application essays. Her insights into what admissions committees are seeking and her talent for refining essays make her an invaluable asset. Without a doubt, Fiona Tang is a top-tier coach who yields remarkable results.

I decided to seek out career coaching because I felt really stagnant in my career. I was exhausted and didn't enjoy the work I was doing. Meeting with Erika really helped me be able to articulate the problems I was facing and focused on finding a solution. Her direct approach was really helpful, because it gave me more energy to focus on jobs that I actually wanted instead of rapid fire applying to anything available. She also helped me gain confidence during the interview process, which ultimately led to me getting the job I wanted! Thank you Erika!

It was a pleasure working with Ben, really appreciated his guidance. He was really willing to dig into the content, and meaningfully improved my essays. Based on his feedback, it was clear that Ben is not only an expert writer, but also has great perspective around the B-school application process as a whole. Thanks Ben!
