I recently attended Rusty’s event “Landing an M7 MBA Acceptance with a Non-Traditional Background” and was very impressed by his presentation detailing how students with non-traditional backgrounds can articulate their unique value in applications. He introduced a three-sector framework that applicants can use to share their story in their applications, and this is something that I found immensely helpful to assist me while shaping my own. His advice was very insightful and thanks to this event I now feel better prepared to tackle this admissions cycle.

Karthik helped me prepare for my MBB interviews within a tight time frame of just 8-9 days. Together, we devised a focused preparation plan - that enabled me to become case-ready very quickly. His guidance was instrumental in allowing me to approach each interview with confidence.

Rusty held a information session and was motivational and knowledgeable. He shared good insights into how to structure MBA applications and share stories through your essays. Rusty also provided a detailed and clear review of my MBA resume that was very useful.

Andy is extremely knowledgable of the entire deferred MBA process and made my application the absolute best it could have been. I highly recommend his services. I know that I wouldn't have highlighted the right skills and sold them in the right way to even get an interview without his help. He put in so much time to get my resume just right, get bomb letters of recommendation, and make sure my essays were awesome.

I attended Rusty's webinar for non-traditional MBA candidates. Rusty is not only passionate about admissions, but is knowledgeable and personable. He recounts his own "weaknesses" during his application cycle and encourages others to let their personal narratives shine to standout in the admissions process. Rusty has a unique view into admissions and thoughtfully answers questions.

I had been self studying for just over a month when I connected with Bruce (about 6 weeks prior to my test date). I had been scoring generally well in the quant sections, but I needed some serious help on the verbal (I was scoring in the low to mid 150s). Bruce had a great 1-month action plan for me where he broke down the different verbal question types and simplified how to approach every question. As I approached my test date, we were able to get my verbal score consistently in the 161+ range and I ultimately scored a 163 on test day. I NEVER thought I would feel more confident on the verbal compared to the quant (I have a science and finance background) but that ended up being the case. Other than the study plan itself, Bruce was an extremely encouraging and calming influence for me as I approached my test date. I struggle a lot with test anxiety and had been loosing confidence as I approached my test date, particularly in the quant where I previously had been scoring well. Within in a week, Bruce helped me re-frame how I was approaching quant questions and with general test strategy to make the quant sections less intimidating. He really helped me to regain my confidence as I approached my test date and I ultimately scored a 325. Highly recommend!!!

I attended 2 of Karla's Wharton TBD prep sessions and they were immensely helpful. She provided helpful actionable feedback, for me individually and for the entire group, which was helpful in understanding how to deal with different group dynamics. As someone that was very nervous about a group interview, I was quite comfortable going into it and was eventually accepted to Wharton. Big shoutout to Karla!

Siri was extremely helpful in my deferred MBA application process from my first draft essays all the way to the final essays I ended up submitting. She pushed me out of my comfort zone with clear and (sometimes brutally) honest feedback that helped me successfully tailor my profile for the different schools I was applying to. What I appreciated the most was that she was also very very timely and responded to my requests for feedback (both live and async) very promptly. It was a pleasure to work with her!

Yiyang was very organized, kept the meeting smooth & on track, and was understanding of my concerns for my upcoming interview and was able to help me frame my thinking.

I highly recommend working with Cate! Not only did she reach out proactively to ask how to make the most of our session, she was extremely thorough in her feedback and gave actionable steps for improvement.
