Step 3: Market Assessment We evaluate the local market to identify key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks. Step 4: Property Type Review We discuss the asset type—industrial, multifamily, retail, hospitality, self-storage, or special-use—and determine both its financeability in the current lending environment and whether it represents the highest and best use for the area. Step 5: Investment Strategy We outline a strategy for acquisition, financing, and long-term ownership to help you maximize your return.
