I’m qualified to coach in personal and professional relationships because of my experience working in high-performance, team-oriented environments and mentoring students and professionals throughout my career. In investment banking, e-commerce, and fintech, I’ve learned how to build trust, navigate complex dynamics, and communicate effectively across teams and leadership levels. Through my MBA, I also gained a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication — skills I now bring into my coaching. My approach focuses on helping clients strengthen self-awareness, improve communication, and build more authentic, balanced relationships both personally and professionally. As a neuroscience major, I studied the ways we interact with others - and neuronal patterns shaped by our life experiences thus far that we sometimes need to 'unlearn' to move forward as our best self.
