As a former member of the admissions committee at Wellesley College, I have a deep understanding of the importance of personal narratives and authentic self-presentation. I’m qualified to coach in personal and professional relationships because of my experience working in high-performance, team-oriented environments and mentoring students and professionals throughout my career. In investment banking, e-commerce, and fintech, I’ve learned how to build trust, navigate complex dynamics, and communicate effectively across teams and leadership levels. Through my MBA, I also gained a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication — skills I now bring into my coaching.
