The goal of this package is to get your framework skills to where they need to be on interview day. This package is best for folks who are strong in other areas of the case. I recommend completing a Case Diagnostic before purchasing this package, if we haven't worked together before. You can expect: * Live review of common frameworks and what they mean, if needed * Live workshopping of what an offer-ready framework question response would look like * Mock framework questions, with deep feedback

Ex-McKinsey BA and recruiting team member | Non-trad applicants
The first time I interviewed with McKinsey, Bain, and BCG, I bombed. I had a rockstar resume, but my case prep was limited to skimming Case in Point and reading cases alone in my room. As a non-traditional applicant, I didn't have the resources and knowledge of what it would take to adequately prepare for MBB interviews. Determined to make a comeback, I reverse-engineered the entire process the following year. I spent hundreds of hours breaking down what it would actually take to get a second chance and be ready on interview day. As a result, I landed a full-time Business Analyst offer with my dream company, McKinsey, where I also served on the Cornell recruiting team. Because of my unique experience, I am well versed not just on what it takes to get an offer, but common mistakes that many candidates make. My journey helping folks land MBB offers started when I TA'ed the Management Consulting Essentials course at the Cornell Johnson School of Business.
