Package Description:
The goal of this package is to prepare you for the McKinsey PEI (Personal Experience Interview). The McKinsey PEI is a unique interview that requires targeted prep. At the same time, it's difficult to get accurate prep because current employees cannot do mock PEIs with candidates. This package fills that gap. You can expect: * A worksheet that explains how to approach the PEI * A template to organize your PEI stories * Live workshopping to demystify the PEI and select 6 stories * Asynchronous review of your PEI stories, including direct line edits and comments (~2 turns) * 6+ mock PEI interviews

We will discuss timelines for revisions upfront. You can anticipate a turn around time of 48 hours for all revisions if not sooner. However, all timelines will be communicated and aligned on in advance. I do not use AI in my revisions under any circumstances. All packages include an upfront coaching workplan and client services agreement.

Ex-McKinsey BA and recruiting team member | Non-trad applicants
The first time I interviewed with McKinsey, Bain, and BCG, I bombed. I had a rockstar resume, but my case prep was limited to skimming Case in Point and reading cases alone in my room. As a non-traditional applicant, I didn't have the resources and knowledge of what it would take to adequately prepare for MBB interviews.
