Package Description:
The goal of the session is to growing your casing skills so that you're ready to receive an MBB offer. I highly recommend completing a diagnostic together prior to purchasing a package, so that you know how many hours to book. You can expect: * Full mock case interviews where I play the role of an interviewer and don't break the fourth wall * Detailed feedback after every case that breaks down everything from how you did on each question type, to your communication style and how you "come off" to an MBB interviewer * A variety of interviewer styles (e.g., first-round, analyst/manager approach that tends to be more predictable, versus final-round, partner-level approach that tends to be more "off the cuff" and challenging) * A case tracker that links to all cases we've done together, as well as the feedback we discussed on each section * If needed, drills on sections that need extra attention

Ex-McKinsey BA and recruiting team member | Non-trad applicants
The first time I interviewed with McKinsey, Bain, and BCG, I bombed. I had a rockstar resume, but my case prep was limited to skimming Case in Point and reading cases alone in my room. As a non-traditional applicant, I didn't have the resources and knowledge of what it would take to adequately prepare for MBB interviews.
