I'm a multi-venture founder, operator, and strategist with a background spanning wellness, food, experiential events, and tech startups. I've been a COO, consultant, entrepreneur-in-residence, and everything in between. I've built businesses with family, collaborated with creatives, advised burnt-out owners, and worked alongside founders from the earliest "is this even real?" moments through high-stakes growth, fundraising, and reinvention. Along the way I became a certified hypnotherapist because I kept watching brilliant people know exactly what to do and still not do it. The problem was never knowledge. It was the nervous system, the subconscious, the identity not yet caught up to the vision. My work blends real operational experience with intuitive, body-based tools. I help you cut through the noise — internal and external — and make decisions that are aligned, grounded, and actually yours. I don't believe in hustle for hustle's sake. I believe the best decisions happen when logic and intuition are finally working together. Outside of sessions I'm drawn to sound healing, art, yoga, and experiences that bring people back into their bodies. That's not separate from my work. It's the foundation of it.
