There's a specific kind of stuck that high-performers don't talk about. You have the resume. The track record. The ability to outthink most rooms you walk into. And yet something has stopped responding. The harder you push, the more resistance you feel. The more you analyze, the less clear things become. I know that stuck from the inside. For 15 years I built and ran a multi-location healthy food service business I founded, through franchising, ghost kitchens, CPG retail distribution, debt financing, and eventually a full wind-down. I've raised money, hired and fired, scaled, contracted, adopted tech early, secured high-level strategic partnerships, and won innovation awards from the convenience store industry. Since then I've worked as an operator, consultant, entrepreneur-in-residence, and advisor across wellness, food, experiential events, and tech. There is no version of the founder experience I'm going to be shocked by. I became a certified hypnotherapist because I kept watching brilliant people know exactly what to do and still not do it. The problem was never knowledge. It was the nervous system, the subconscious, the identity that hadn't caught up to the vision. Strategy alone doesn't move people who are already smart enough to have thought of the strategy. What moves them is getting underneath the thinking, to the pattern that keeps producing the same result no matter how good the plan is. So my work blends real operational experience with intuitive, body-based tools. I help you cut through the noise, internal and external, and make decisions that are grounded and actually yours. I don't believe in hustle for hustle's sake. I believe the best decisions happen when logic and intuition are finally working together. I also work with high-achievers navigating dating, relationships and parenting, because the same inner blocks that stall your business are often the ones keeping love at a distance. Outside of sessions I'm drawn to sound healing, art, yoga, and experiences that bring people back into their bodies. That's not separate from the work. It's the foundation of it.
