What Sets My Coaching Apart: Real-Time Redesign - I don't just tell you what's wrong; we can screen-share and sketch solutions live, showing you exactly how I'd reframe your case studies based on patterns that have worked for designers I've hired and promoted. Network Context - Having built teams across e-commerce (Amazon), media (ESPN/CNN), social (Twitter), and ads (YouTube), I can tell you specifically how different companies evaluate portfolios. What works at a startup won't work at Google, and vice versa. Beyond the Portfolio - With experience promoting 7+ team members and successfully re-leveling designers, I'll also cover the soft skills and positioning that make the difference between getting an offer and getting the offer you want. Post-Call Support - You'll receive a written summary of our discussion with priority fixes and long-term improvements, plus one follow-up async review of your revisions. My goal isn't just to help you fix your portfolio—it's to teach you how to think like the design leader you're trying to impress. I know you are probably wanting to update your portfolio as quickly as possible and want this engagement to be efficient and well-structured, and I will do my best to respond quickly and lead you through this process. - Keith 🚀
