Package Description:

The goal of this session is to gain a comprehensive understanding of where you stand on each of the 8 major case elements (frameworking, brainstorming, case math, exhibit interpretation, market sizing, case leadership, final recommendation, and communication) and map out a plan for getting you into top interview shape. In our 90-minute session we'll spend the time in these three ways: (1) In the first 45 minutes, we'll run a full mock case interview using a battle-tested case from a real-life Bain, McKinsey, or BCG interview. We'll treat it as a real live interview. I will behave as an official MBB interviewer, and you'll approach the case as if this is an official interview. This gives us the best snapshot of where your skills stand today. (2) In the next 30 minutes, I'll provide you with a comprehensive assessment of where you stand on each of the 8 major case elements. I'll discuss your strengths and development areas, and give you hyper-specific feedback for each element of the case. (3) In the final 15 minutes, we'll discuss my recommended development plan from the day we meet until the date or timeframe of your interview(s). I'll make an honest assessment of how much coaching you would benefit from, what case elements will require the most focus, and how much time I estimate you'll need to devote to get offer-ready. After the session, I provide a detailed notes document so you know *exactly* what to focus on going forward, whether it's with me, a different coach, or case buddies. I also provide targeted resources to help you address your weaknesses and get practice in the spots you need it most. This includes video content and workbooks. Many clients who work with me for ~5-20 sessions start with this full assessment, as it allows me to gauge the type/volume of support they need.
