About Audrey
I specialize in career transitions that require more than a resume update. That includes PMs moving into AI product roles, technical or platform PMs who want to shift into commercial or strategic work, and engineers and UX researchers who are ready to make the jump into product. The common thread is the same: you have more capability than your current title reflects, and you need a clear path to close that gap on someone else's timeline.
Why do I coach?
After 20 years in tech, I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant people with the right instincts and the wrong packaging. They understood the product deeply. They couldn't explain it to a VP. They had the experience to lead. They didn't know how to frame it for a hiring panel. Most coaching treats this as a confidence problem. I treat it as a skill problem, one that can be fixed with the right reps, direct feedback, and honest pressure-testing. I'm not here to be your cheerleader. I'm here to close the gap between where you are and where you're trying to go, as fast as possible.
