Most PMs applying to AI roles are rejected before they understand why. This session changes that. In 45 minutes, I'll run you through the same readiness framework I use to evaluate PMs targeting AI roles at companies like Google, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, and AI-native companies like Glean and Sierra. Not what job descriptions say. What actually gets someone an offer. You'll leave with a clear score across the dimensions that matter, the one or two gaps that are doing the most damage to your candidacy right now, and a specific action plan to close them before your next round of applications. I've conducted over 200 PM interviews at Meta, where my assessment directly determined whether someone got hired. Most recently I was a PM on the Smart Glasses AI team, so I know what AI PM work actually looks like from the inside.
