Subham Kedia is a venture investor at Hilti Venture, the corporate venture arm of the Hilti Group, where he focuses on investing in technologies transforming the built environment, including AI, robotics, and construction software. Prior to Hilti, he worked across strategy, private equity, and industrial technology at McKinsey & Company, Thoma Bravo, NCR Voyix, Alliance Technical Group, and Capsol Technologies, gaining experience across both operating and investing environments.
Subham holds an MBA from The Wharton School, where he pursued a triple major in Finance, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Management. During his time at Wharton, he served as a Teaching Assistant for several business courses, co-founded Alokya — a venture recognized with awards from the Penn Wharton Innovation Fund — and actively mentored founders and fellow students.
Beyond his professional work, Subham mentors early-stage AI founders at Outside the Box Ventures and has coached MBA applicants through the admissions process, helping them craft compelling narratives, refine essays, and prepare for interviews.
He also holds an MS from Columbia University and a BS from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
