My career has taken me through both sides of the MBA world. I spent two years as an Associate Director of Admissions at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, a top-10 program, reviewing thousands of applications. I know how admissions decisions get made. I have also been at Uber for nearly 5 years, starting in recruitment and talent acquisition before moving into Chief of Staff, and Strategy & Planning (program management) roles. I’ve been recognized with multiple awards at Uber during my tenure and was a featured Speaker at the Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC) in Chicago in 2025.
