Sabrina’s MBA Qualifications
10+ people coached for MBA
Sabrina has helped clients get into these schools:
I'm a Wharton MBA graduate with an international background across the US, Europe, and MENA region - and a non-linear career path that took me from investment management into tech startups before business school. That journey wasn't tidy. But it taught me exactly how to turn a complex, unconventional story into one that resonates with top admissions committees, and it's the foundation of everything I bring to my clients. My unique qualifications include: ✔ Wharton MBA graduate with leadership roles in selective student organizations and fellowships, giving me a current, first-hand understanding of what thriving (not just getting in) at an M7 program actually looks like ✔ Spent time on the interview-evaluation side of Wharton admissions, giving me a nuanced lens into how candidates can stand out in the interview ✔ Helped students get into top M7 schools and LBS & INSEAD in Europe ✔ Specialized experience with non-linear profiles, career pivots, international applicants, and candidates who feel their story doesn't fit the traditional MBA mold ✔ End-to-end support across school selection, narrative development, essays, recommendations, interview prep, and timeline management - with a structured, personalized calendar so nothing falls through the cracks ✔ I work with a deliberately small number of clients per cycle. That's not a sales line, it's how I do my best work. Every person I take on gets my full attention, honest feedback, and genuine investment in their outcome. I'm especially helpful to: ✔ Candidates with non-linear or complex career paths who need help making sense of their story ✔ Career-pivot applicants struggling to frame their "why MBA, why now" ✔ Candidates with good experience and scores that don't jump off the page, helping them turn "good" into stellar ✔ International applicants navigating the cultural translation of their experience for U.S. and European programs ✔ Early-career applicants (2–5 years out) who need help conveying maturity and potential alongside ambition

About Sabrina
I know what it feels like to stare at a blank essay prompt and wonder if your story is worth telling. I'm a Wharton MBA graduate with an international background spanning the US, Europe, and MENA region. Before business school, my career didn't follow a straight line. I moved from investment management into tech startups, crossed industries, crossed borders, and spent a lot of time figuring out how to make sense of experiences that didn't fit neatly into a box. That process of making meaning from complexity? That's exactly what I now help my clients do. At Wharton, I led student organizations, participated in selective fellowships, and spent time on the applicant-evaluation side of the admissions process, which means I understand what resonates not just as a student, but as someone who has reviewed and assessed candidates firsthand. What I offer is different from most consultants you'll find: I don't just edit essays. I help you excavate the story you're sitting on without realizing it. I work with a small number of clients per cycle, intentionally, because the only way I know how to do this is to be deeply invested in each person's journey, not managing a pipeline. My clients tend to have non-linear paths, global backgrounds, or careers in transition. They're strong candidates who feel scattered, unsure how to frame their "why," or worried their story isn't impressive enough. It usually is. They just need someone to help them see it clearly and tell it powerfully. I bring Wharton credibility, real admissions insight, and the kind of emotional intelligence that turns a stressful, opaque process into something that actually feels manageable. If you want a partner who is genuinely invested in your growth, not just your outcome, I'd love to connect.
Why do I coach?
Coaching matters to me because I needed it, and didn't have it. When I was applying to business school, I had a genuinely complex story: an international background, a career that had crossed industries in ways I couldn't easily explain, and a deep uncertainty about whether any of it was "enough." I figured it out, eventually. But I spent far too long feeling like the process was designed for someone else - someone with a cleaner narrative, a more obvious arc, a more traditional profile. Getting into Wharton didn't just open doors for me. It showed me that the story I'd been undervaluing was actually my greatest asset. The non-linearity. The cultural navigation. The pivots. Those weren't weaknesses to apologize for because they were the whole point. I coach because I've sat where many of my clients are sitting: smart, capable, and completely unsure how to translate who they are onto a page in a way that feels true and strategic. I know how isolating that feels, especially when you're doing it alone alongside a demanding job, with no real insight into what happens on the other side of the process. I also coach because most of what's out there isn't built for people like the ones I most want to help: candidates with non-traditional paths, candidates with work experiences that they're not confident in, international applicants navigating cultural translation, women who are brilliant but second-guessing every word they write. The MBA admissions industry is full of resources, but very few of them speak to these people's specific experience. My goal isn't just to help you get in. It's to help you walk into that program knowing exactly who you are, why you're there, and what you're going to do with it. That clarity is what I wish I'd had earlier and it's what I work to give every client I work with.
