With an MBA from both Columbia Business School and London Business School, I bring a wealth of knowledge in value investing, entrepreneurship, finance, and private equity to my coaching practice. My professional journey includes impactful roles at Amazon, where I led innovative product management initiatives, and at McKinsey & Company, where I honed my strategic consulting skills. Over the years, I've successfully coached 18 individuals, helping them navigate the competitive MBA admissions process and secure spots at top programs. I am an MBA student at the Wharton School with a concentration in Health Care Management, and I understand firsthand how competitive MBA and dual-degree admissions have become. Through my own application process, I developed a clear strategy for positioning my experiences, articulating leadership and impact, and crafting a cohesive narrative that connects past achievements with future goals. I am particularly familiar with applicants who are coming from technical, clinical, or research backgrounds and need to translate their work into the language of business, leadership, and strategy that MBA admissions committees value. Beyond admissions, my work spans healthcare innovation, entrepreneurship, and data-driven research, including building startup concepts, leading projects in health systems and AI, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. These experiences have strengthened my ability to help applicants refine resumes, essays, and career goals so they present a compelling, authentic story. I coach applicants on how to communicate impact, demonstrate leadership potential, and position themselves for top MBA and specialized programs, helping them move from a collection of experiences to a clear and persuasive personal brand.

Harvard Business School and Stanford GSB admit with a non-traditional applicant story (was coming from established career in academic medicine at age 32; also a queer mom with no typical "business" experience). I welcome clients of all stripes but am especially passionate about and uniquely qualified to serve applicants who non-traditional or who are applying to MD/MBA programs.

Jeff is a non-traditional success story who pivoted from a Physiology & Developmental Biology major and a planned medical career to business, launching into now 10-year career in healthcare strategy. After four years in internal consulting at a leading healthcare provider, he realized the need for a business foundation to compete with finance and business majors. Earning a scholarship to Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, Jeff accelerated his growth and is now a Manager at Deloitte Consulting’s Healthcare practice, where he earned an early promotion. With years of experience leading Deloitte/Duke recruiting and onboarding MBAs, Jeff knows how to help both non-traditional and traditional candidates showcase their strengths and stand out.
