I am a full-time MBA student at The Wharton School with recent experience navigating the admissions process. I have coached dozens of hopefuls (officially and unofficially) to success at HSW. For those interested in earning a JD in addition to the MBA, I can also speak to the pros and cons (and admissions process) as a current JD/MBA candidate.

Harvard Business School and Stanford GSB admit with a non-traditional applicant story (was coming from established career in academic medicine at age 32; also a queer mom with no typical "business" experience). I welcome clients of all stripes but am especially passionate about and uniquely qualified to serve applicants who non-traditional or who are applying to MD/MBA programs.

I am an HBS 2+2 admit with acceptances from several other top deferred programs (Wharton, Booth, Kellogg, Columbia, and Berkeley) and am also a recipient of both the Schwarzman Scholarship and Princeton in Asia Fellowship. I have extensive experience with crafting personal statements, securing letters of recommendation, preparing for behavioral interviews, and general application strategy. Although each deferred admissions application has its own idiosyncrasies, they all require you to tell your unique story through a combination of essays, recommendations, and other aspects of the application — I can help you present your best, most polished self for your strongest chance at success!

As a Stanford MBA (Class of 2013) with a track record of building successful businesses across three continents, I bring a unique blend of admissions insight and real-world experience to MBA coaching. After earning my MBA, I've spent over a decade as a management consultant at Bain & Company, repeat entrepreneur (co-founding two start-ups, including a Nigerian health-tech startup that scaled to $3M ARR and an educational NGO), and strategic leader at high-growth companies. The MBA experience was transformative for me, and I'm passionate about helping others who are seeking to have a positive impact in the world to unlock their full potential. Having successfully guided 5 aspiring MBAs into top-tier programs, I understand what admissions committees are looking for and how to craft compelling narratives that showcase your potential. I have a particular depth of experience working with applicants from West and East Africa, as well as folks from non-traditional professional backgrounds.

I am a JD / MBA candidate at Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School. I have 5 years of professional experience in high finance.

I coach prospective MBA applicants who are interested in media, entertainment, and how those industries intersect with the future of tech. Before business school, I worked in management consulting at PwC, and after earning my MBA from Harvard Business School, I successfully pivoted into a role at the intersection of media, entertainment, and technology at Meta. At HBS, I served as President of the Entertainment & Media Club and as VP of Admissions for the African American Student Union, and in both roles I coached students through the MBA decision process and application strategy. My approach is objective and practical, focused on “why MBA” clarity, career strategy, narrative development, and essay review, and I also help with test study strategy and prioritization as someone who took multiple approaches to reach the results I needed and understands that process deeply.

I have extensive interviewing experience from throughout my professional career, including MBA admissions interviews, MBB consulting interviews, and behavioral interviews in a variety of forms. I have also given countless mock interviews and have experience giving very detailed, nuanced feedback and tips to help candidates find immediate growth opportunities. I graduated from Chicago Booth's Full Time MBA program in 2018. I was accepted into multiple top tier MBA schools, received significant scholarships to all schools ($275K in total, including the prestigious Siebel Scholarship), and achieved a 760 on the GMAT. While at Booth, I was a Booth Admissions Fellow and conducted over 30 admission interviews for the full time program, including for the Booth Scholars program (deferred admission for undergrad students). Additionally, once accepted, I advised colleagues and friends on the MBA process from school selection to applications to interviews.
