Despite being from an overrepresented demographic, I managed to get accepted into all three programs that I applied for (INSEAD, Oxford, and Berkeley). Additionally, I had major financial and time constraints because I already had 2 children (at the age of 28!) before applying to business school. I'm not a naturally good test-taker so I had to be both efficient and creative to pull this off. I was able to get into these programs because I'm strategic, resourceful, and know how to craft a story with the audience in mind. I have a lot of experience teaching/training and am excited to help you craft your story and demonstrate to admission committees that you are unique and that you have a lot of value to add to their programs.

In addition to sitting on both Stanford's and Northwestern's alumni admissions councils, I was an interviewer at Google and Facebook, so I've spent many hours "on the other side of the table" and can give you a strong sense for how you might be perceived by interviewers and admissions committees. I enjoy coaching people from a huge range of backgrounds, but I specialize in coaching folks from lower-income families, LGBTQ+ candidates, and those from unconventional backgrounds trying to thrive in tech.

As a Harvard alum and current Stanford GSB MBA student, I’ve successfully navigated the competitive MBA admissions process and now help others do the same. I started my career on the trading floor before moving into investment banking at Credit Suisse, then transitioned into growth equity investing at TPG’s Rise Fund, and now invest in early-stage startups as a venture capitalist. I also founded a nonprofit focused on youth mentorship and leadership development, which has shaped my passion for helping others tell authentic, mission-driven stories.
