As a dual Harvard graduate (AB + MBA) and former Chief of Staff to the CEO of a major European retailer, I bring a wealth of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, and leadership. My career has spanned multiple industries and continents, allowing me to develop a unique skill set in critical thinking, financial analysis, and cross-cultural competency. Apart from my own applications, I have successfully coached several individuals through their MBA applications, helping them craft compelling narratives and strategic plans to gain admission to M7 programs. I also routinely advise younger students on US college admissions and serve as an alumni interviewer for Harvard College. I help candidates navigate the MBA journey end to end because I have personally gone through every stage of it and understand how tightly admissions decisions and post-MBA outcomes are linked. From GMAT strategy and school selection to regional trade-offs, cost-benefit analysis, scholarships, networking, interviews and final admit decisions, I have built and executed this process myself across US, European, and Indian business schools. I did not treat the MBA as a checkbox. I approached it as a strategic investment and designed my application and career plan accordingly. Since 2021, I have coached 18 candidates who have gone on to top-20 business schools. I work with clients to define their long-term career direction, shape a credible narrative and position them as candidates who know why they are pursuing an MBA and what they plan to do with it. This includes supporting professionals looking to change sector, function and region - A transition I successfully made myself during my MBA. My educational experience includes a Harvard BA, Wharton MBA, Penn MSEd, and Oxford MPP. I've been coaching college applicants on-and-off for the past decade. Beyond my own successful experience applying to MBA programs, I conducted admissions interviews for the Wharton MBA program, evaluating 60+ Wharton applicants as an employee of the admissions office. I'm experienced in supporting applicants through every stage of the MBA application process -- from school selection to application to interview to waitlist strategies.

I worked in Emory University's Admission Office for four years, where I recruited and read applications from students across the country. There, I gained valuable insight into the admission and merit scholarship selection process. In particular, I developed a keen ability to support ideating, drafting, and editing personal statements and supplemental essays. I also earned my M.Ed. degree from Harvard's Graduate School of Education, and in the past two cycles, I have coached undergrad and MBA applicants 1:1 with successful outcomes across the board. I was a non-traditional applicant for business school. I was not strong quantitatively, and came from technology sales. I did not have a network of people who had MBAs, and felt like I was drowning. If you are in a similar place, I might be the right coach for you! I will first help you evaluate if an MBA is the best move for you. We can work through each of the reasons people typically get MBAs. I am happy to share my experience as well. If an MBA is your decided next step, I will help you craft a narrative that showcases your true self to the admissions committee. I was admitted into HBS in Round 1 and waitlisted at Stanford GSB.
