Deferred programs value 'non-traditional' backgrounds, whether that be academic, professional, or something else entirely. My strength is identifying and crystallizing unique narratives that will be compelling for interview and application reader alike. Prior to matriculation at HBS, I've spent years in other highly competitive fellowship / professional experiences: Fulbright in Taiwan, Bain AC, and Schwarzman Scholar (<3% acceptance rate at the #1 university in Asia). As a current JD candidate at Harvard Law School and a summa cum laude graduate from George Washington University, I bring a wealth of academic excellence and practical experience to my coaching. My professional journey includes roles at Capital One and Bates White, where I honed my analytical and strategic skills. I was accepted to several JD/MBA dual degree programs and have a deep understanding of what top law and business schools are looking for. As a Harvard alum and current Stanford GSB MBA student, I’ve successfully navigated the competitive MBA admissions process and now help others do the same. I started my career on the trading floor before moving into investment banking at Credit Suisse, then transitioned into growth equity investing at TPG’s Rise Fund, and now invest in early-stage startups as a venture capitalist. I also founded a nonprofit focused on youth mentorship and leadership development, which has shaped my passion for helping others tell authentic, mission-driven stories. As a former Division I college athlete, I bring the same discipline, focus, and competitive edge to my coaching that I brought to the field. I’ve mentored dozens of applicants from a wide range of industries and backgrounds, especially those from nontraditional or underrepresented paths, and I take pride in helping them refine their voice, build confidence, and stand out in a crowded applicant pool. I’m especially passionate about working with first-gen, low-income, and underrepresented applicants, and ensuring they feel empowered throughout this journey.

I was accepted to all 3 programs I applied: Harvard Business School, Wharton, and Columbia Business School. I attended Brown University for my undergrad where I studied Economics and Urban Studies. I have a strategic and creative approach to working with teams, and have been a Consultant with retail and consumer goods companies for the past 4+ years at Accenture. I care deeply about mentoring and developing those around me, both at work and in numerous volunteering groups that I'm personally involved with. I approached the business school application process with a sense of diversity that mirrored my background and it helped me get accepted to both Harvard and Stanford along the way. I have a strong background in finance (investment banking and private equity) but am also not afraid to leverage my human side: I’m an immigrant from Argentina who lived around the world (including china), I do improv and stand-up comedy, I’m a video game nerd and gym bro and more! I’m an MIT Sloan MBA and Harvard MPA graduate with 10 years of experience helping applicants earn admission to top MBA and MPA/MPP programs. I’ve advised candidates across the U.S. and Southeast Asia, including early-career professionals, career switchers, public-sector leaders, and startup founders. I also served as a Dartmouth alumni interviewer, giving me insight into how elite schools evaluate applicants beyond the numbers. After going through the MBA application process this last year, I feel that I have a fresh and holistic perspective to share across all areas of the process for multiple Top 25 programs. Much of what I learned through that process has been so beneficial as I've started my first year in Duke's MBA program.

Recently went through the GMAT and business school application processes. Starting at Harvard Business School in August-2024.

I work with MBA applicants who want a thoughtful partner in what can otherwise feel like a noisy, high-pressure process. Over the last few years, I’ve supported multiple candidates through their MBA applications by helping them slow down, make sense of their stories, and make choices that truly fit who they are and where they want to go. My role is less about “polishing” and more about helping people see their own journeys clearly and articulate them with confidence. I spent five years at Accenture Strategy as a management consultant, working across industries and functions. That experience shaped how I listen, ask questions, and adapt to people from very different professional and cultural backgrounds. Since then, I’ve worked closely with startups and venture capital firms, and recently co-founded Day 2 Studios, where we partner with early-stage founders on product and strategy. Being close to builders and decision-makers has kept me grounded in how careers actually evolve, not just how they look on paper. As a coach, I focus on clarity, honesty, and long-term alignment. I help applicants think through which schools make sense for them, what their applications should really say, and how to show up authentically in essays and interviews. My goal is for candidates to walk away not just with stronger applications, but with a clearer understanding of themselves and their next chapter.
