After earning my MBA, I've spent over a decade as a management consultant at Bain & Company, repeat entrepreneur (co-founding two start-ups, including a Nigerian health-tech startup that scaled to $3M ARR and an educational NGO), and strategic leader at high-growth companies. The MBA experience was transformative for me, and I'm passionate about helping others who are seeking to have a positive impact in the world to unlock their full potential. Having successfully guided 5 aspiring MBAs into top-tier programs, I understand what admissions committees are looking for and how to craft compelling narratives that showcase your potential. I have a particular depth of experience working with applicants from West and East Africa, as well as folks from non-traditional professional backgrounds.

I just completed one of the most competitive MBA application cycles in history, earning admission to MIT Sloan (where I'll be attending), Columbia Business School, Kellogg, Booth, and Stern—with interviews at 6 of the 7 M7 schools I applied to. But what truly qualifies me as a coach isn't just my own success—it's my passion for teaching. I currently guest lecture at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and have spent years mentoring Accenture analysts, teaching underprivileged children in India, and leading pro-bono consulting projects. I'm a first-generation college student and former U.S. Army Black Hawk pilot who had no roadmap to business school. After navigating the process largely from scratch, I was accepted to MIT Sloan, Kellogg, Haas, Fuqua, Darden, and Tuck, and ultimately chose Sloan. That experience of figuring it out without a built-in network is exactly what drives my coaching: I know what it's like to feel lost and I know how to help you find clarity.
