I graduated cum laude from Harvard and went on to earn graduate degrees from MIT, Wharton, and Stanford — giving me firsthand experience navigating admissions at four of the most selective universities in the world. I understand what these institutions look for because I've been through their processes as both an applicant and, later, as a Guest Lecturer at Stanford School of Medicine and MIT. Today I'm an active entrepreneur, investor, and board member with experience spanning six countries and four continents. I've advised students and families across the U.S. and Latin America (I'm fluent in Spanish and Portuguese) on every aspect of the college admissions journey — from building a compelling profile and discovering the right schools, to crafting standout essays and making the final enrollment decision. My approach is centered on fit, not just prestige: the best school for you is the one where you'll thrive academically, personally, and professionally, and that's not always the one with the lowest acceptance rate. I help students tell their authentic story, identify schools they may not have considered, and put together applications that reflect who they truly are.

I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2023 and began my career at Cisco, where I worked closely with interns and new team members as they figured out their strengths, interests, and next steps. After spending time in the workforce, I realized I wanted a more people-focused path and decided to make a thoughtful pivot. I’m now preparing to begin a graduate program in Occupational Therapy at Columbia University this fall. Going through that transition gave me a firsthand understanding of how much pressure students feel to “get it right,” and how important it is to remember that college is a starting point, not a final decision. Through my work with interns, along with volunteer experience supporting children and families, I’ve developed a practical, supportive approach to guidance. I focus on helping students break the application process into manageable pieces, clearly communicate who they are, and make choices that feel informed and confident. My goal is to make this process less overwhelming and more productive. I want students to feel supported, understood, and prepared to take their next step — wherever it leads.

My academic journey includes a JD from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, equipping me with a strong foundation in both law and business. With a robust C-suite background across various industries, I bring a wealth of strategic experience to my coaching. I have successfully guided organizations through significant growth and transformation, such as leading Green Circuits to historical revenue growth during the 2020 pandemic. My experience in restructuring and strategic planning, as demonstrated at companies like Riverwood and Boyd Corporation, allows me to offer unique insights into the college admissions process. I graduated from Harvard with the John Harvard Scholarship (top 5% GPA), a major in Integrative Biology, and a minor in Computer Science. I have over 6 years of experience working as a full-time tutor for the ACT, SAT, and SSAT. I have also worked as a college essay consultant for the past two years. I have worked with over ten clients by giving interviews and assisting with college essays. Out of the five clients I worked with during this admissions cycle, four received interviews at Harvard. On average, my students have enjoyed improvements of anywhere between 150-250 points on the SAT. I know how to teach the Writing sections so that you will receive a perfect score. Two of my students have increased their scores from 600-800 in this section, and most of my students end my program scoring perfectly on the writing section especially. My ACT tutoring prep follows similar statistics. In the two tutoring companies I have worked for in the past, I was promoted to the highest tutoring status. I tutor full-time, and I am ready to help you reach the score of your dreams.

As an immigrant to the US educated entirely in the public education system, I independently navigated the application and admissions processes for American undergraduate programs (without any coaching!) I applied to twenty universities (Public & Private) and succeeded in being admitted nearly everywhere I applied, including several Ivy League colleges like Brown, Dartmouth, Yale, as well as Stanford. While I was applying to colleges, I was also applying to many scholarships offered by universities and external scholarships, before ultimately deciding to attend Vanderbilt University, where I received a full merit scholarship. During my time at Vanderbilt, I applied to and received various additional scholarships to fund study abroad and international work experiences, including a FLAS fellowship and the Fulbright program (which I declined due to an offer to join the UN).
