Welcome to my profile! I was accepted into Microsoft’s ACE Program (<0.5% acceptance rate), a 2-year rotation experience designed for new grads to accelerate their marketing careers, without a referral or connection to the company. I leveraged my recruiting experiences to help family and friends land their dream internships/jobs too. As a freshman in undergrad, I had big dreams: land a job in Big Tech. However, I had no connections, no target background, and no clue how to get there. I share this because if I can do it, you can too.
