After a few years of consulting at Accenture, I went all in on resources and learning about product, to then pivot to PM at Capital One. There are a lot of parallels between consulting and product management - stakeholder management, business analysis, and problem-solving. I want to help you break into product management and prepare you for the different types of interviews: product skills, product design, business analysis cases, and behavioral fit. I'm helped clients land offers at companies such as Asana and Capital One. I have a wide breadth of experience in all aspects of product management and product leadership, inclusive of vision & strategy, discovery, execution, go-to-market, and everything in between. I've worked at startups, medium-sized SaaS companies, and most recently I spent 7 years at The Home Depot navigating tremendous technical, operational, and organizational complexity. In my final years at The Home Depot I helped build their Center of Excellence team and developed frameworks and training used by hundreds of product teams and leaders. I also worked hand-in-hand with multiple VPs as part of an organizational transformation, where AI was a key strategic component. I have coached several people, both formally and informally, in recent years. Since leaving The Home Depot I have focused on multiple AI-centric experiments and am actively working with a team to build an AI-powered application focused on the construction industry.
