I've interviewed with most of the major APM programs (Google, Salesforce, Microsoft, Atlassian, Duolingo, etc), receiving multiple offers. Generally, I am best at coaching behavioral and product interviews. While I love working with clients of all backgrounds, I especially love helping college students break into APM programs. Since joining Leland, I have had an 80% success rate helping clients land APM roles.

After hiring PMs into Amazon across Europe for 3 years, I then moved into a Head of Careers role at Oxford University's Said Business School specifically help people go the other way, and pivot their career into Product Management. This included introducing and building a Product Management specific career track at Oxford, utilising PM experience from the amazing alumni community and delivering learning experiences for a very diverse MBA cohort. Across a number of European institutions, I have now helped over 100 students pivot into PM roles in Tech, Healthcare, Retail, Finance and many other sectors, focusing on the practical elements of CV writing, networking, and non-technical interview preparation.

After a few years of consulting at Accenture, I went all in on resources and learning about product, to then pivot to PM at Capital One. There are a lot of parallels between consulting and product management - stakeholder management, business analysis, and problem-solving. I want to help you break into product management and prepare you for the different types of interviews: product skills, product design, business analysis cases, and behavioral fit. I'm helped clients land offers at companies such as Asana and Capital One.
