Before that, I led product at Upwork ($500M+ marketplace), Chegg ($300M → $600M+ subscription business), Amazon, and Microsoft — owning $300M+ P&Ls and building and scaling global product organizations at each stage. I started my career as a pre-med student working for a Major League baseball team and have been fortunate to have worked at companies like Instagram, Google and Opendoor. Through this journey I've made the difficult transitions not only between wildly different industries but also between business, operational and now product roles. Through my own experiences and helping others with theirs, I've learned tactics on how to navigate these transitions and big career decisions.
