I’m a product leader who has spent my career building, scaling, and evolving products and businesses where ambiguity is the default and outcomes actually matter. I’ve led end-to-end product discovery and strategy, from framing messy problems and pressure-testing hypotheses, to aligning stakeholders, shipping, and iterating based on real user and business signals. My experience spans monetization, growth, and competitive positioning, with particular depth in e-commerce, marketplaces, and two-sided dynamics where tradeoffs are unavoidable and clarity is hard-won. As a coach, I don’t just teach frameworks, I help clients think and communicate like strong product leaders. That means developing sound judgment, clear narrative skill, decision-making confidence, and product taste, not just checking boxes in a PRD.
