I'm a former Bain Capital Private Equity investor and Stanford GSB MBA with experience across buyout and growth investing. I started in PE in 2021 at Sverica Capital, focusing on LMM growth buyouts with founders. I closed one deal while there - small, growing SaaS company with tons of value creation opportunities. Then, I moved over to Vector Capital in 2022, where I closed two more deals (cybersecurity and network monitoring, respectively) and had deep portco experience across corporate finance, strategy, and debt reporting / refinancing.
