Majority of my 20+ years in tech was in various marketing roles, starting from brand marketing, to events marketing, channel and partnership marketing, growth and performance marketing, and product marketing. I was an exec leading the global PMM team for TikTok ads SMB team prior to dedicating my full time to coaching.

I have built global campaigns for American Express and British Airways. I have relaunched brands like GORE-TEX. I have led creative and content teams at AKQA and Ogilvy. As Global Head of Content at On, I took a team from 7 to 35 across three continents, won Digiday Best Brand Studio (beating CNN), and helped drive a $10B IPO. Now I coach marketing professionals who are stuck at manager level. You execute well. Your campaigns work. But you are not getting promoted. Why? Because you are thinking like a doer, not a leader. I've worked in marketing my entire career, focusing on digital marketing and product marketing both in consulting and in-house. The last 5 years of my career have been spent leading GTM strategy and execution at startups and global tech companies.

After 9 years leading teams in marketing, reaching millions of customers, my own career development has seen me move into coaching hundreds of people on navigating their next step in their marketing journey. From entry-level juniors getting into content roles, MBA or Masters in Marketing students accelerating their career in marketing, all the way through to senior marketing executives pivoting into a new sector, I've supported people at those crucial stages of CV writing, LinkedIn profile development, networking and interview preparation. This includes international profiles for all types of marketing roles across numerous different sectors.

As the Co-Founder & Director of Marketing at Windfall Bio, a nature-based biotechnology company, I've had the opportunity to build our brand from the ground up. I lead the development and execution of our brand strategy, crafting compelling marketing campaigns, and shaping the narrative that communicates our mission: transforming harmful methane into organic soil nutrients. My work involves engaging with our target customers, partners, and investors, ensuring our value proposition and impact are clearly understood. My journey to marketing began with a deep interest in innovation and entrepreneurship, which I explored during my studies at Stanford University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Science, Technology, and Society in 2022. This interdisciplinary background gave me a unique perspective on the intersection of technology, business, and communication, which I apply to my marketing approach.
