Hi! I’m a former Goldman Sachs Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst who loves helping students break into investment banking. I started at Goldman as a sophomore summer intern and returned for junior summer and full-time after graduating from Northwestern. During my time there, I worked on nearly $25B in healthcare M&A deals. I enjoy helping candidates make sense of a demanding recruiting process, whether that’s tightening a resume, refining your story, or preparing for interviews. I won Rothschild & Co's Healthcare Advisory Challenge at Oxford, beating 50+ MSc and MBA candidates, then interned and converted to a full-time analyst. I executed M&A and PE transactions across Rothschild and Gilde Healthcare. €20bn+ in executed deal value across my career. Clients have landed offers at J.P. Morgan, Greenhill, and boutique banks. For the past decade, I’ve been at Warburg Pincus—a top-10 global private equity firm managing over $100 billion—where I’m currently a Principal. Throughout my career, I’ve interviewed hundreds of candidates and directly mentored dozens of Analysts, Associates, and Vice Presidents. With an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Financial Economics from Columbia University, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you break into investment banking. I have worked and recruited at Morgan Stanley and later Sycamore Partners, top IB and PE firms, with a specialization in Consumer & Retail. Given my recent exposure to the process, I am very familiar with bank specific nuances and processes and am well positioned to help you tailor your preparation to be custom for each investment bank. I have readily available prep material that is very detailed and thorough and will help you succeed through the most technical interviews.

As one of four Investment Banking Career Fellows at the Wharton School (selected for demonstrated excellence in the recruiting process), I coach first-year MBA students on mastering every stage of investment banking recruitment. Drawing on five years of experience helping clients craft compelling professional narratives, I equip clients to present themselves with precision, confidence, and authenticity!

I worked in investment banking and growth equity for several years and have coached numerous candidates for jobs in these industries. I was actively involved with my firms' recruiting and hiring decisions and understand the process thoroughly; I was hired by the University of Michigan career center to coach students applying for investment banking jobs and have reviewed hundreds of resumes, cover letters and mock interviews; I have also spent many years working with non-profits such as Synergist to mentor college women interested in business and finance. I take a hands-on approach and strive to help every one of my clients reflect their best true potential.

I have significant experience recruiting for jobs in finance, including both summer analyst and analyst roles in IB and private equity/hedge fund associate roles. I also served as an interviewer and mentor for junior employees during my time in banking, so I am well-positioned to help current students or people in other roles make the transition.
