Kevin has helped clients get into these companies:

I won Rothschild & Co's Healthcare Advisory Challenge at Oxford University, beating 50+ MSc/MBA candidates. I then executed M&A and PE transactions at Rothschild, and Gilde Healthcare, including the €300m sale of Sylphar to Karo Pharma and two European healthcare acquisitions. I've since worked across €20bn+ in deal value spanning PE and infrastructure. Most candidates who lose offers don't fail on technicals—they fail on story. I've coached 12+ candidates into Greenhill, J.P. Morgan, and boutiques by fixing that gap. One client landed multiple bulge bracket offers, including J.P. Morgan, after we repositioned his humanities background for banking. I also gave Exeter University's most-attended career lecture (200+ students). I work with competitive academics who have strong fundamentals but struggle with "why banking, why this firm, why you." If your resume looks sharp but your story feels flat, that's what we'll build together. → Now coaching for 2026-2027 recruiting cycle—applications and interviews happening now. Oxford MSc (Distinction) | GMAT 740 (96th percentile verbal)

About Kevin

Oxford MFE & Rothschild M&A Coach | Master's Admissions Expert for LSE, HEC Paris, Cambridge Finance Programs Most applicants sell credentials. The ones who get in sell vision: what kind of student they'll be, what they'll contribute. I'm a former Rothschild M&A analyst with an Oxford MFE (Distinction, Dean's List), six years into a career at the finance/sustainability intersection: Rothschild healthcare M&A, ERM climate funds, City of London transition finance. I coach applicants for Oxford MFE, LSE MSc Finance, HEC Paris MFE, Cambridge MFin, Imperial Business School, and LBS programs. I know which program choices translated into actual careers, not just acceptances. Clients earned admission to Oxford MFE, HEC Paris MFE, and Uppsala's top humanitarian program. Others landed investment banking roles at J.P. Morgan and strategy consulting at Roland Berger. I work with them on admissions and what comes after, because I speak both impact narratives and finance recruiting. I work best with three types of applicants: • Career pivoters from engineering/sciences/humanities moving into finance programs • High achievers with strong stats who struggle to articulate strategic thinking in essays • Impact-focused candidates appealing to both ESG programs and traditional finance paths What you get: a narrative showing programs who you are, not just what you've done. We work through scattered experiences until the story clicks, then turn it into essays and interview answers that sound natural, not rehearsed. Typical engagement: 4-6 sessions over 2 months. One-hour sessions for targeted needs.

Why do I coach?

My Oxford application proved something I help others discover: authenticity beats credentials. I had a GMAT 740, top 1% Erasmus honours, M&A and PE internships. Strong on paper. But what got me into Oxford wasn't my CV. It was showing up as a full person. For HEC Paris, I walked into a panel interview where all three faculty deliberately disagreed with every position I took. They weren't testing my ideas. They were testing whether I'd hold my ground or collapse into safe answers. I held my ground. That's what worked: conviction, not credentials. Six years later, I've seen which stories prepare students for recruiting and which just get them admitted. When someone finds their version of that story, that's why I'm here. Let's talk.
