I went through many weardrobe changes to find what I love doing. I started off at Microsoft on a backend data team - but quickly learned that wasn't it. I used my skills that I learned to move to Slack where I really learned how to be a true product manager. I’m a former McKinsey Business Analyst with experience on both sides of the table, as a successful applicant and as a recruiter. I know what MBB and other top firms are looking for, and how to help you stand out. While at McKinsey, I led campus recruiting efforts for WashU, where I evaluated hundreds of consulting candidates. I ran case prep workshops, reviewed resumes, and 1:1 coaching sessions to prepare students for the rigorous interview process. Internally, I also led a hiring accelerator for a client where I built the hiring rubrics, screened applications, and advised executives on who to interview and hire, giving me firsthand insight into how firms make hiring decisions. Today, I’m on Google’s Business Operations & Strategy team — a small, high-impact group that drives cross-functional AI strategy across the company. As a coach, I’ve helped 50+ candidates land offers. Welcome! As an experienced Engineering Manager at LinkedIn, I have a proven track record of leading teams to build robust backend solutions for Commerce & Payments systems. I have been managing a team of 20 people, including senior ICs (Staff Engineers, Senior SWE) and frontline managers. Myself grew from a SWE to Staff Engineer and then Engineering Manager. As a career development coach, I aid college students and early-career individuals in discovering their unique brilliance and leveraging this novel self-understanding to create careers uniquely suited to them.
