And I have a really bad sleeping habit and addiction to Twitter. As an AI Automations Engineer at Leland and a AI Automation Expert at Brigham Young University, I have a strong foundation in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and workflow. I teach AI agents and automation from a very practical, operator’s perspective. My background is in hedge funds and venture capital, where I’ve worked with teams building AI-native workflows and deploying automation inside real businesses. At my fund (AI-native), we integrated AI across research, operations, and internal tooling, and I’ve helped portfolio companies design and implement AI agents that automate repetitive work, improve decision-making, and scale small teams. Because I’ve built and deployed these systems in production environments (and not just experimented with them) I focus on what actually works: designing useful workflows, choosing the right tools, and turning AI from a demo into a reliable part of a company’s operations.

I’ve spent time building and thinking about systems that do more than generate text. They have to fit into real workflows, earn trust, and create outcomes people can rely on. That perspective comes from working across healthcare, cybersecurity, product, and growth, where I saw firsthand that the hardest part of AI is rarely the model itself. It is figuring out how to make the system useful, usable, and adopted. What I bring as a coach is a mix of technical depth and product judgment. I can help you think through AI automation, agents, workflows, retrieval, evaluation, and system design, but I also care deeply about problem framing, user trust, go-to-market thinking, and how to turn an idea into something people actually want to use.
