Devan is a living example of how your environment and factors out of your control don’t have to define you and your future. A truly self-made leader, Devan has transformed his life through military service and made incredible transition into the business world. Along the way, he has devoted much of his free time to helping others make that transition and translate their skills to the civilian world, specifically through gaining admission to top MBA programs. I would highly recommend Devan to anyone seeking advice on how to put together a wholistic application that tells your personal story, highlights your strengths, and turns any shortcomings into a positive.

Akhil was my first professional mentor and mock case buddy. He is not only an approachable and attentive mentor, but he also challenges you to think critically and strategically during cases. One of the biggest hurdles in case interviews is feeling confident solving business problems and Akhil is the only one who could help me overcome that. I highly recommend him as a coach and mentor for case interviews. Outside of casing, I have had him edit resumes, mock interview, and research company positions that align with my career goals. He’s been an amazing mentor through college and post-grad!

Before meeting Devan through Enlisted Exfil, I thought an MBA was out of reach for enlisted veterans. His encouragement and guidance throughout the process were critical to my success in securing multiple acceptances.

I am a Self employed plumbing contractor, owner operator since 2007. After working with Deekron dealing with customers has gotten easier. I am in and out of homes all week long and listen to customers sometimes share their beliefs/opinions as I was working for them. In the past it was sometimes very challenging trying to understand why people were the way they were. I have learned to be more patient and empathetic. I have learned to be a better listener, I no longer have judgements when dealing with people if they are having a stressful day. I constantly remind my self I have no judgements or opinions on people I work with as I remind myself I do not know the whole story or my customers history. After working with Deekron myself and learning about limiting beliefs, I am now able to identify negative thoughts or thoughts of feeling irrelevant and am able to change my mindset to practice gratitude and manifest success. I appreciate the new level of patience and empathy I have learned working with Deekron and would recommend him to anyone who wishes to change their outlook and perspective on life for the better.
