Feven supported me through my entire MBA application process. She encouraged me to apply to "reach" schools, reviewed my essays line by line, pushed me to dig deeper into my story, and helped me reframe my experiences in a way that highlighted what made me unique. She was incredibly generous with her time and always showed up for me; she is genuinely one of the main reasons I am at HBS. Anyone who gets to work with her as a coach is lucky!

I've worked at Amazon, Google, and Meta as a Software Engineer and behind each of those roles was a plenty of friends more senior in the industry guiding me and helping me understand the interview process. Ryan is one of such people. Whether it comes to mock interviewing or helping me structure my resume, Ryan is a genuinely great person to reach out to and work with. Elijah has been a mentor to me from my first day working alongside him as an EMT and has been instrumental in improving upon my patient care in every aspect—confidence to competence. His passion is immediately catching, inspiring and supporting my personal endeavors in public health initiatives. Elijah prioritizes balanced partnerships and valuing every person's contributions. Damion is an incredible thought partner, strategist and leader with a big heart, big ideas - able to quickly the connect the dots and create super fans across teams, brands and communities (internal/external). In the five years that I worked with him in a variety of capacities in Portland via Nike, I had him speak on several panels on how to create a killer portfolio, innovation, and consumers. Damion always said yes, was willing to share his insights and expertise, and of course, always knocked it out of the park. Damion is a creative that you want on your team - as FTE (or BTS as an extension of your team). He knows his shit, he leads with kindness. Take advantage.

Miles’s entrepreneurial spirit and experience with elite institutions would make him an excellent MBA admissions coach. His hiring at BCG was the result of a significant job application and networking effort that yielded multiple job offers. Later, his MBA admissions required a strategic approach during a high workload. He has also provided me with focused and substantive advice when I was applying to graduate school and jobs.

Miles has a history as a successful applicant with both employment and education, and does an excellent job sharing what has worked for him. He was fantastic at approaching the application process holistically, and teaches you how to sell yourself as a candidate.

Miles has a customer-first approach to supporting others, enabling him to be an extremely successful coach. I’ve worked with Miles during his time in undergrad as he developed Cardinal Consulting, where I saw how he partnered with students to support their journeys towards consulting. Miles would make an excellent coach on Leland, and it would be troubling for him to not help others through the Leland platform.

I was lucky enough to work with Kimberley at Northwestern University and to witness her professionalism, expertise, compassion, and deep knowledge of the admissions landscape. Kimberley's experiences at highly selective universities have given her an incredible perspective for anyone going through the application process. Not only has she been in the room for admissions committees and decisions, but she has actually driven reading/review strategy, giving her even deeper insight into how schools think.
