Hon was an MBA Career coach to hundreds of my classmates. He helped us understand the recruiting journey, its challenges, and probably not in the job description, served as a career therapist. He was always an optimistic cheerleader, down to listen, and provide constructive feedback or direction.

Kunal is one of the most efficient PMs I've met with a strong foundation in the tech side of things. He is a great mentor, easy to understand, very articulate and patient enough to let you learn the lessons you need to. I've seen him drive multi-quarter high-visibility cross-functional initiatives from ideation to launch effortlessly and gracefully. A complete package indeed!

Daphne has been an invaluable help during my college application process. She helped me harmonize the different aspects of my life into one cohesive story that would appeal to admissions officers. When I was waitlisted, she guided me through the process of crafting a letter of continued interest—which ultimately led to my acceptance at my dream school. She also provided thoughtful feedback and helped me edit my final essays. Without her assistance, I would not have achieved the outcomes I did.

Brendalyn was probably a born leader and coach, but I also know she's dedicated a lot of time and energy into becoming the best transformational coach out there. She continually sharpens her own toolkit to help support clients and her community better. Her intuition is top tier and her ability to hold space for someone's experience while challenging them to grow in one specific area is unreal. She's an asset for any leader trying to step into new shoes or a bigger vision for their life's work.

Daphne was very helpful in getting me into my first choice school, providing valuable feedback and editing. She is excellent at rephrasing and tightening essays, maximizing the value of the limited word count available. She helped me pull anecdotes from various extracurriculars I did in high school and tie them into a cohesive story.

Kat has helped me transform my life into my own personal adventure and journey. She guided me into seeing my own brilliance and accepting my humanity as part of my nature. Kat is an exceptional professional and anyone is lucky to work with her.

Chase was incredibly instrumental in my deferred MBA admissions process, ultimately resulting in my admission to Stanford GSB! When I was originally connected with Chase, I had ~1.5 weeks until my deferred MBA interview, and I was—to put it frankly—very underprepared to navigate the entire process. From the moment I spoke with Chase on the phone, he exuded positivity and support; it is so clear, from every interaction I had with him, that he cares so deeply about uplifting those around him in any capacity. He offered to call with me basically every other day leading up to my interview; he also sent me encouraging texts before the interview and followed up immediately afterward. During these calls, he provided me with constructive feedback on our mock interviews and offered insight into how he tackled similar questions/obstacles during his own application process. Above all, he deeply cared about getting to know my personal story and figuring out how I could present my best self to the interviewer. As we all know, there are many things that must go right in an interview for it to resonate with the interviewer. Insightful, great answers to possible questions are just one aspect that Chase helped with. Arguably more importantly, Chase was incredibly encouraging and supportive, calming my nerves and always buoying me up with his true, genuine belief in me (not only during our calls, but also offline over text). When I was admitted to Stanford GSB, the first person who called to congratulate me was Chase. He was such a cheerleader throughout and after the process, and I am so lucky to have had his support during this arduous, anxiety-inducing cycle. I honestly don't think I would have been able to conquer this interview without him; I offer my utmost support for him as a Leland Coach because I know he will be able to impact more lives on a broader scale.

Steve is an awesome coach and an even better guy. He helped me place into a top MM in NYC from a mega non-target with a <3.5gpa. The knowledge he brings to the table in terms of recruiting is vast. I can’t say I’d be at this firm without him — a truly incredible coach and mentor.
