I had the privilege of working under Jörn for a couple of years, whose wisdom, patience, and emotional intelligence made a lasting impact on my professional growth. Despite coming from different cultures and countries, he made me feel completely at ease, allowing me the space to find my own path while offering thoughtful guidance when needed. His deep intercultural competence and strong sector knowledge created an environment where learning and collaboration truly thrived!

To say that my time with Ryan was profoundly impactful still feels to me like an understatement. While working with Ryan on my resume, we went line by line, word by word, leveraging his fresh perspective into roles I thought made me a meager applicant at best. What I discovered while speaking with Ryan, was that my impact was more expansive than I had ever realized. His introspective approach was both refreshing, and made what should have been an arduous process engaging, and most of all fun. I have a new weapon in my back pocket, and I can wait to hit the ground running with it in confidence.

Cam is an incredible trainer. He has taught me all the skills I need as an SDR to be successful. I appreciate the time he has put into making me the best. Highly recommend Cam as a coach and trainer.

Osazi has been more than just a college coach, he assisted me in stepping further into my power and truly owning my story, and the experiences that brought me to where I am today. I not only felt comfortable, but safe to share my ideas and each of them were fully supported by Osazi. He taught me how to better communicate my ideas and stories, and I’ve felt empowered to continue writing and advocating for myself, beyond the college application process. Osazi is more than a gem, he was cornerstone to me receiving not one, not two, but three full-ride scholarships. I will forever cherish his words and encouragement, and encourage all to invest in his services. An investment in Osazi, is an investment in yourself and your future. I plan on continuing to use his services for my graduate school application. Osazi is truly outstanding in his field and is second to none.

Ellie helped both my son and daughter write their essays for admission to BYU. Because she worked as an admissions counselor, she has great insight into what matters on those essays. Both my son and daughter were accepted for admission after working with her. I highly recommend her services!

Sean leads with both head and heart. He has a system for coaching, taking the time to help me define my goals and vision, but he also leads with compassionate candor -- he doesn't shy away from honest feedback. Something I really value in a coach is someone who tells me when a part of my writing or story lands or doesn't. I'm not a strong writer or storyteller, but Sean has a gift of not only asking thoughtful questions to bring out the right stories, but the vision to connect concepts into cohesive narratives. He puts an outsized amount of thought and care. After our coaching session, he followed up with pages of diagrams, ideas, and outlines of ways I can connect disjoined stories into a theme. In the end, I felt confident in my narrative and gained clarity in my story. Last but not least, he brings levity and humor to our coaching sessions which had made it way more fun for me, despite it being work to do!

I am so grateful for Karen’s guidance in navigating the graduate school application and admissions process. She provided reassurance and encouragement at every step. Even after I was admitted and enrolled in classes, she still took time to check in and see how I was doing. She is an open and authentic communicator. Her willingness to make a real human connection—and not just see me as another generic applicant—made all the difference.

Oba has been a mentor to me since 2022, and it’s been a truly valuable experience. Through his guidance, I’ve gained confidence in many areas, and I’ve grown both personally and professionally. Beyond his direct support, he also introduced me to several individuals who have become mentors themselves, expanding my network and support system even further. Highly recommend, Oba!
