George is the smartest and most driven person I've ever known. He has all the knowledge and expertise necessary when it comes to CVs, cover letters, interview preparation, as well as strong technical background. What sets him apart, however, is his willingness to go above and beyond to help you succeed, as well as being an inexhaustible source of kindness, encouragement, and belief, regardless of your own doubts. I wouldn't have gotten my current role without his help, and anyone would be lucky to have them as their coach.

I can't vouch for Sara enough as a leader within the SDR organization I was a part of at Faire, but her coaching didn't stop there. Sara has a knack for connecting with people and going the extra mile to build authentic relationships -- far beyond what is expected of a manager. She always made time for celebrating our team's personal milestones (birthdays, engagements, promotions, etc) and I know that everyone on my team always felt safe and comfortable talking to Sara about anything.
