I would recommend Erik through the entire recruiting process, from resume crafting to nailing the interview. His resume feedback provided an industry perspective that was difficult to get elsewhere, and he provided a structured lens for thinking about behavioral questions that allowed me to better focus numerous stories. I’d especially recommend Erik for anyone looking for case prep - he provided a wide array of cases, and always made time for intentional and actionable feedback at the end. Working with him helped me hone a lot of loose ends, and feel confident in my interviews!​​

Kristen was extremely patient through our coaching sessions and walked me through how experienced consultants would tackle the case interview. This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure I sing her praises! Rebecca was instrumental in helping me prepare for (and land an offer from) my Corporate Strategy interviews, coming from a somewhat underrepresented professional background. She came to every meeting with a clear structure that made our use of time efficient and impactful, and our sessions were a huge unlock in helping me articulate my experience in a way that resonated. Rebecca is excellent at cutting through the noise and identifying exactly what you need to focus on — so helpful for anyone overwhelmed by the interview process — but equally important are her confidence and empathy, which I came to deeply appreciate over the course of a long recruiting season. I cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough for anyone who is looking to recruit for strategy roles.

Steven was great to work with. I initially believed I was already interview-ready, especially since I had cleared Round 1 at McKinsey, so I wasn’t actively looking for a coach. But a close friend recommended Steven, and I decided to give it a try. I’m very glad I did — Steven helped me refine the final 10% through targeted coaching and clear, actionable guidance. I ultimately received the offer, and working with him was truly the best investment I made in my preparation.

Overall, working with Ben was a great experience - I would absolutely recommend him to someone else applying to MBA programs who wants assistance with essay writing. I applied to 6 programs, and he provided detailed feedback and commentary. Given Ben's significant experience working with many clients, he understands what each school is looking for and how to help tailor your essays accordingly. He'll provide straightforward guidance and candid opinions, but it is equally important that the client provides clear communication with Ben so everyone is on the same page. Would recommend using him as a coach as he is a valuable sounding board, alleviated significant stress, and built confidence throughout the process.

I had an excellent experience working with Kate during my preparation for the Product role interview process at Capital One. If you have an HBS interview coming up, Jonathan is your guy. About half of the questions in my actual interview were exactly the same as the ones he used in our mock session. I would recommend him to anyone preparing for the HBS application and interview. He understands the process first hand and knows exactly what you need to be aware of.
