If you're aiming for the top, Claire gets results, full stop. There's no exact formula that gets you into the top schools but working with Claire is as close as you'll get. The results speak for themselves, the thing that stood out to me about working with Claire is her growing client base on who has been successful getting in the top programs, especially in recent years. She's developed an impeccable gauge for what helps applicants stand out and effectively pulls those elements of excellence out of her clients (while having fun too!). My first essay was laughable but working with Claire through 10+ drafts in an structured workplan amongst everything else required for business school applications refined my essays into something that got my foot in the door with every program I applied to. (To be updated based on results) We brainstormed so many different storylines together and her ability to pull on threads, break down themes, and resynthesize emotional narratives took my essays to the next level. I spoke with multiple perspective coaches and ended up selecting Claire after chatting with her past clients. I am happy to provide a similar positive reference for anyone else in a high pressure job with limited time and energy to dedicate towards business school applications but also aiming high. I certainly could not have put together as comprehensive and strong of an application without her help. One of the underrated aspects about working with her is how fun and friendly she is as well. She was flexible with schedules and easy to work with over text / async during an incredibly busy time. She also happened to have a fun new background in a different part of the world on each call. Applications are stressful and working Claire made it fun every step of the way, I'd work with her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about achieving their goals.

Connor is easily the best coach or mentor I’ve worked with. He helped me completely redefine my resume and personal story, and we ran countless deep mock interviews across product, behavioural, and everything else. Cathy was introduced to me by a Leland employee as one of the choices for application coach. After chatting with her and a couple other top coaches I decided to get the full package with Cathy. Best choice I’ve made for me and my future. I had major concerns on certain aspects of my profile and was not confident that I will be able to receive acceptance from the programs I was interested in since I was only open to attend top tiered schools in Europe. The timing was also quite tight for the round of applications I was aiming for. Cathy is incredibly proactive, structured and knowledgeable. She knows exactly what I needed help with and how to overcome the obstacles in order to make my application shine through. Every element was well considered and strategically aligned with my end goal. Though I’m not the perfect candidate compared to other more achieving applicants, my application was able to help me reach the final interview round, and agains all odds, I was accepted to my dream program. Thanks to Cathy and her professional capabilities and immense support, I am now prepping for the journey ahead that I have anticipated for years. Cathy is the best choice anyone could have as a coach if they are considering European based MBA programs, and I do not use “best” lightly; she’s quite literally the savior for an application with a missing piece. If I can have one suggestion for any person purchasing Cathy’s coaching services, do the full package, for multiple schools preferably to boost chances. Marie is an effective, knowledgeable, and talented teacher and coach. She took my GMAT game to the next level and unlocked the final things I needed to get a score I was proud of. I started my GMAT journey by doing all of TTP, spending over 400 hours on the platform, and scored a 515 in November 2024. I then got a different coach and worked for another 200 hours, and scored a 495 in March 2025. I was quite disappointed but then I met Marie and things started to change. After working together for about 2 months, I got a 665. I could tell right away that she cared about my progress and was invested in my future. She is organized, honest, and experienced. I’d recommend that anyone that is in a similar position as I was, to connect with Marie and reach your full potential.

I can’t recommend Kamna highly enough as an MBA admissions interview coach. With her guidance, I was accepted to the Wharton MBA, and her impact on my interview performance was decisive. By the time I walked into the Wharton interview, I felt prepared, grounded, and confident in my story. If you’re serious about top MBA interviews and want someone who is strategic, direct, and genuinely excellent at what she does, Kamna is outstanding.
