I have been working with Jason to improve my leadership and team dynamics. Jason ask questions to pull a different perspective into my thoughts, or to expand my thoughts. He gets me to look beyond the circumstances, and beyond my filters to understand how I can increase engagement, and/or create a more open environment where people share ideas and challenges freely. Jason has helped me become a stronger and clear leader, which has strengthened relationships with my team members and improved product quality and productivity.

Jerry and I have known each other since we started consulting prepping together in Los Angeles in 2018.
