Before contacting Andrea, I had attended several interviews but didn’t receive positive feedback, which made me realize I needed support to understand where to focus. Andrea helped me in every aspect - always very available and quick to respond throughout the day. He didn’t just explain things; he changed my perspective and attitude. I walked for the next interviews and was confident, self centered, it was a great feeling. I got the offers from Kearney and Bain!

I’m a “new” student, or rather, someone who has recently returned to studying after ten years in the workforce. I was looking for an Executive Assessment tutor that could help me get back into the rhythm and regain confidence. I found that guidance in Andrea! He was great technically, and yet surprised me on the human side. He listened to me and understood what where my pain points and mental blocks. Other than the super satisfactory score I got in only two months of prep, I think what he really gave me was the confidence to know I could do great on the Executive MBA, knowing I had the "brain" ability to go back to university and succeed. This is invaluable.

After my first unsuccessful attempt, Andrea helped me get back on track and ultimately gain admission to the MBA program at CBS! He took care of everything from my GMAT preparation to the admission process. He is charismatic, yet calm and professional, he analyzed my mistakes and worked from there, understanding their root causes (often I made errors simply due to the stress of that period). Instead of revisiting every topic, he focused on strengthening where needed and advised me on the most effective approach. Definitely one of the most effective teachers I’ve ever had! Right now I am preparing with him for case interviews for BCG, Bain and McKinsey.

Lessons with Andrea have been very effective; what I appreciated the most is that, being highly knowledgeable, he structures his lessons with a clear method while remaining flexible and adaptable to the student. He is able to create a personalized learning path that takes into account both weaknesses and strengths, not just technical, but also psychological. In short… a truly 360º preparation!

Rachel has always been a very supportive person and tremendous role model. When I needed help leveraging my analytical background to pursue a career in finance, she had excellent recommendations for how to find the right opportunities. She also gave me good advice for how to improve my study habits and writing skills on the social science side of things.

I met Andrea while preparing for the GMAT, and after experiencing his professionalism and seeing the successful work environment he operates in, I decided to rely on his guidance for writing my admissions essay to Stanford. From the help he provided, and by observing his network of connections, I realized I was on the right path—and I wasn’t wrong! I was admitted, and he definitely helped me achieved my goal!

I can only recommend choosing Andrea to prepare the Executive Assessment, especially if you feel you have gaps in your knowledge! I started with very limited math skills and wouldn’t have known where to begin on my own. I reached out to Andrea after meeting him through the Humane MBA Program and it was a stroke of luck. He helped me fill my gaps during the sessions themselves, saving me a lot of time and allowing me to understand and retain the material more effectively. I recommend him especially if you have limited time like me.

I currently work full-time in a company, but despite my limited availability, Andrea was able to support me with EA by providing an effective study method tailored to the little time I had. He quickly identified my weak points and focused on improving them from the very beginning. He had a great ability to understand my needs and to instill confidence in achieving the goal. I highly recommend him.
