About Rachel

Welcome to my profile! My name is Rachel, and I am currently a Vice President on the Value Creation & Transformation Team at Sheridan Capital Partners, a healthcare private equity firm in Chicago. Before joining Sheridan, I received my MBA at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. During my Kellogg years, I interned in both venture capital and private equity operations. My pre-MBA career was in consulting where I also focused in the healthcare industry. I worked at McKinsey and Company for 3 years and at Guidehouse for 2 years.
