Sessions with Andrea are insightful and straight to the point. He has a 360 degrees approach, from techincal to psychological. Helping also on non verbal communication. I got an offers from BCG and McKinsey, but what I appreciated even more is that now I feel a very confident woman! He helped me accept part of me that I used to hide. It was a personal transformation and now that I work in McK, I see how important it is to be grounded on my values and keep working on who I really am. A big thank you Andrea!!
